PRE-QUALIFICATION/ EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR CAR HIRE SERVICES FOR JHPIEGO
DEADLINE: 6TH OCTOBER, 2020
Jhpiego Corporation, an affiliate of John Hopkins University, is an international non-profit, non-governmental organization that works to improve the health of women and families throughout the world. Jhpiego is in the process of pre-qualification of vendors for car hire services as detailed below.
Car hire vendors in Akwa-lbom, Cross River (Ogoja), Ebonyi, Ondo, Niger, Abuja, Nassarawa, Bauchi, Sokoto, Oyo, Kebbi, Lagos, Rivers and Adamawa states are encouraged to express interest.
1. Required Services:
Provision of Car Hire Services for Jhpiego Nigeria Offices inclusive of all LGAs using the state capital as take off point.
Quotations should include:
-Airport drop off and pick up
-Hourly rates (Pick up and drop off inclusive)
-Rate from state capital to each LGAs within the state
-Full day rates
-Interstate rates (To all state capital in Nigeria)
2. Eligibility:
All applicants should provide the following;
i. CAC documentation (Certificate of Incorporation, Article and
ii. Memorandum of Association) of the bidding company
iii. Corporate Tax identification Number (TIN) as provided by Federal Inland Revenue Services (providing inaccurate TIN may result to disqualification of expression of interest)
iv. Organization profile, list of owners/directors, licenses and other related documents
v. Verifiable physical office address
vi. Minimum of three (3) reputable references within the last three (3) years where similar activity provided successfully.
3. Proposal Submission:
Jhpiego will not accept any proposal submitted in any other way. Incomplete proposals will not be considered, and vendors who are currently providing these services to Jhpiego must re-apply with all of the documentation attached as mentioned above.
4. Submission Process:
Completed offers including all the requirements and details Specified, sealed in a plain envelope and clearly marked with the “Car Hire Services” should be sent to the address below and be dropped into the Tender Box situated at the reception by 6th October, 2020 (Office hours: Mondays-Fridays: 8.00am-2pm).
All vendors should ensure that they sign the bid register after dropping their expression of interest at the reception.
