1. Administrative Information
1.1. It is the intent of this RFP to secure competitive proposals for the supply of printing services for printing CHIPS implementation tools for the SUNMAP 2 Supported State of Kano.
1.2. Vendors shall submit all bids online via the email address provided below: Bids should be submitted in softcopy to tenders@malariaconsortium.org with the following reference in the subject: ‘MC-NG-SuNMaP2-AB-043-CHIPS

1.3. Bids must be received by Friday 11th September 2020 at 12:00 (Noon) Nigeria Time. Bids submitted after the deadline will NOT be accepted.
1.4. Questions must be sent by email to tenders@malariconsortium.org with the following bid reference in the subject: “MC-NG-SuNMaP2-AB-0043-CHIPS Implementation Tools Printing’-Questions” before 5th of September, 2020 after which no question will be entertained.
