EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR THE SUPPLY OF ONE PICK UP VEHICLE

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH; “Programme for Migration and Development (PME)”, financed by Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany, would like to procure One (1) 4X4WD Pick Up Vehicle 2017 model minimum with the
following but not limited specification:
4×4 WD, Double Cabin, Seating Capacity 5, Minimum Model 2017 or later, Engine Type: minimum 2.7 litres Petrol Engine, Fuel Tank Capacity: Minimum 80 Litres, Fuel System: Electronic Fuel Injection, Power train 144-170HP, Power Steering Type: Hydraulic, Proper all terrain off road tyres and wheels, Suspension: Front Double Wishbone, Manual Transmission, Audio : AM/FM CD BT, Airbags, Side steps, Central lock and Power Windows, Colour Neutral Colour, (White), Warranty, Non-Dubai Spec, incl. phone holder, Bluetooth, first aid kit and spare tire as well as tools to change spare tire. Non-Dubai Spec, with Complete Duty fully paid.
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested dealers to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
a. Comprehensive company profile
b. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Memorandum of Association clearly indicating business area in vehicle sales.
c. Evidence of being certified dealers and/or adequate and reliable certificates including certificate of origin
d. Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs
For consideration, all interested bidders should submit the aforementioned documents as a hard copy in a sealed envelope to GIZ Nigeria Office reception at No. 4 Julius Nyerere Crescent, Asokoro, Abuja labelled:

Your complete documents should not be more than 15 pages.
Only complete documents received at the physical address indicated, not later than Tuesday October 6, 2020 by 5 pm from the date of this publication will be accepted and considered.
