INSPECTION
All interested bidders are invited to contact the Sales Agents through the stated phone numbers in the schedule above for guided inspection of the properties and further inquiries.
BIDDING CONDITIONS
Bids together with 10% of the bid amount in Certified Bank Draft /Cheque should be submitted in a sealed envelope with “BID FOR LANDED PROPERTY” inscribed on the top left corner of the envelope. The bid should indicate Name, Address and Telephone Numbers. The successful bidder will be required to pay the balance of the bid price within 30 days of notification while unsuccessful bidders will get a refund of their deposits immediately. The property is sold “as is” and “net” of all taxes.
SUBMISSION OF BIDS
Bids should be submitted to the office of the Sales Agent indicated above or The Director, Asset Management Department, Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation, Lagos Office, NECOM House (25 Floor), 15 Marine Lagos on or before 4:00pm, 9th November, 2020
OPENING OF BIDS
Submitted bids will be opened in the presence of all bidders on Tuesday 10 November, 2020 by 12 noon prompt at the meeting Room, NDIC Lagos Office, (25th Floor), NECOM House, 15 Marina, Lagos.
