BIDDING CONDITIONS
Bids together with 10% of the bid amount in Certified Bank Draft/Cheque should be submitted in a Sealed envelope with “BID FOR LANDED PROPERTY” inscribed on the top left corner of the envelop. The bid should indicate Name, Address and Telephone Numbers. The successful bidder will be required to pay the balance of the bid price within 30 days of notification while unsuccessful bidders will get a refund of their deposits immediately. The property is sold “as is” and “net” of all taxes.
SUBMISSION OF BIDS
Bids should be submitted to the office of the Sales Agent indicated above or The Director, Asset Management Department, Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation, Lagos Office, NECOM House (25th Floor), 15 Marina, Lagos on or before 4:00pm, 9th November, 2020.
OPENING OF BIDS
Submitted bids will be opened in the presence of all bidders on Tuesday 10th November, 2020 by 12 noon prompt at the meeting Room, NDIC Lagos Office, (25 Floor), NECOM House, 15, Marina, Lagos.
