RE: INVITATION TO TENDER FOR 2020 CAPITAL PROJECT
CORRIGENDUM
Nigeria Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (NEITI) wish to draw the attention of the general public to Invitation to tender for 2020 Capital Project placed in the Federal Tenders Journal of Monday, September 28th- Sunday (September) October 11th, 2020 and to announce as follows:
(1) That the collection and submission of tender documents for Lot 1 and Lot 2A & B in the said advertisement earlier scheduled to closed on Monday 26 October, 2020 at 12:00pm has been extended to 12:00pm on Monday, 9 November, 2020. Also the technical bid opening will hold immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00pm on Monday, 9, November, 2020;
(2) The expiry date of the Interim Registration Report (IRR) will be as at 31st December 2020;
(3) That registration of VAT from FIRS is not required.
(4) That for Joint Venture/Partnership, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) should be provided (CAC, Tax Clearance, Pension Compliance Certificate, ITF Compliance Certificate, NSITF Compliance Certificate, IRR & Sworn Affidavit are compulsory for each JV partner)
Consequently, all other information in the earlier advertisement remains valid.
