INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION/TENDER FOR AFCSC 2020 CAPITAL PROJECTS
DEADLINE: 7TH DECEMBER, 2020
I. INTRODUCTION
In compliance with the Public Procurement Act 2007, the Armed Forces Command and Staff College (AFCSC) Jaji. Kaduna State intends to undertake the under listed supplies under its 2020 financial year budget. Consequently, the College wishes to invite competent and reputable companies to submit bid under its General Procurement Notice (GPN) in the under listed supplies:
2. SCOPE OF WORK
S/N LOT NO. LOT PROJECT TITLE 1 Lot IA 8x Toyota Corolla S or 2.0 2020 model 2 Lot IB 2x Hilux (Manual Transmission) 3 Lot 1C 2x Toyota Hiace 18 Seater Bus.
3. PRE-QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
Interested companies should submit the following documents/information
tor assessment/consideration:
a. Certificate of incorporation by CAC.
b. Evidence of Registration with the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP).
C. Company profile and organizational structure.
d. Evidence of tax clearance certificate in the last three years
e. Evidence of VAT registration certificate and remittance in the last three years.
f.Three years Audited Account.
g. Letter of financial capability from the Bank.
h. Evidence of experience in similar supply previously undertaken.
i. Evidence of registration as a contractor with the College.
j. Evidence of Compliance with Pension Reform Act, 2004 (PENCOM).
k. Evidence of Compliance with Industrial Trust Fund Act, 2011 (TF).
4. SUBMISSiON OF PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS
The pre-qualification documents must be neatly bound and sealed in an envelope and be returned not later than 12:00Noon on Monday, 7th December, 2020 to: The Secretary AFCSC Tenders Board, HQ AFCSC, Logistics Branch, Jaji Military Cantonment, Kaduna State.
5. GENERAL INFORMATION
a. Bids must be in English Language and signed by an official authorised by the bidder;
b. Bids submitted after the deadline for submission would be returned unopened;
c. Failure to comply with the instruction(s) and provide any required document(s) may automatically result in disqualification,
d. Armed Forces Command and Staff College reserves the right to reject any or all the General Procurement Notice documents;
e. Original of all documents above must be produced tor sighting at the opening and any other time requested;
f.Bidders should not bid for more than two (2) Lots
g. All prices must be in Naira:
h. The successful Contractors will be contacted at a later date for collection of award letters;
i. The Armed Forces Command and Staff College, JAJI- Kaduna State is not bound to pre-qualify any bidder and reserves the right to annul the procurement process at any time without incurring any liabilities in accordance with Section
28 of the Public Procurement Act 2007.
j. The Armed Forces Command and Staff College, JAI-Kaduna State reserves the right to verify any claim by Applicants and should, therefore, include in their submissions necessary authority and guarantee for such verification.
