We were founded as a direct response to the challenges occasioned by the violent insurgency which has affected many people and communities in Borno, Adamawa and Yobe (BAY) States. Neem Foundation is currently planning as part of its socio-economic reintegration programme to commence the implementation of a skill acquisition and livelihood support programme, with a focus on supporting the establishment of small-scale businesses to support post-conflict recovery in Borno State. We are therefore seeking for proposals from qualified/ experienced consultants to construct three (3) mini skill centres in Banki, Gwoza and Bama LGAs of Borno State.The main work consists of the design and construction of Three (3) mini skill centres. Specific details are as follows;Reporting1. The selected Consultant must demonstrate the capacity to provide an inception, and final project report, which details the milestones and challenges encountered in the implementation of the contract. The timeline for the submission of the reports will be set out in the engagement contract given to the successful consultant.2. The successful Consultant must demonstrate the capacity to develop construction materials (architect’s drawings and BOQ) to support the delivery of the project.Applications from local and small-scale construction businesses Highly Encouraged | ||
