INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE EXECUTION OF PROJECTS
DEADLINE: 9TH NOVEMBER, 2020
Onigbongbo Local Council Development Area invites reputable and qualified building and Civil Engineers duly registered with Lagos State Public Procurement Agency and Onigbongbo Local Council Development Area for the execution of the projects below:
- Reconstruction of Akerele Street Road, Onigbongbo.
- Renovation and Aluminium Cladding of Oregun Primary Health Care Centre.
- Purchase of Mammoth Refuse Compactor
Tenders must accept and comply with all of the tender conditions or risk being disqualified or their tender rejected.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Prospective tenders are expected to provide the following information and photocopies of the following documents:
(a) Verifiable evidence of incorporation of business name with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
(b) Three (3) years Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC) which must include the current year.
(c) Verifiable evidence of registration with Lagos State Public Procurement Agency and Onigbongbo Local Council Development Area.
(d) Proof of previous projects successfully executed for Local Government(s) or/and other reputable Organizations.
(e) Performance bond Issued by a bank.
(f) Payment of a non-refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira (N100, 000.00) for Tender documents/Tender Fee into the Treasury of Onigbongbo Local Council Development Area.
(g) Evidence of financial capability.
(h) Company profile, membership of professional regulatory bodies with Curriculum Vitae of Key staff to be deployed for the project, including copies of their academic and professional certificates (in case of Civil Works: COREN, QSRBN, ARCON, CORBON etc.)
(i) Radio and Television License/Receipt (Current year).
(j) All tenders should be sealed and boldly written in capital letter at the left side corner of the Envelope and should be addressed to:

Competed tenders should be submitted between 8:00a.m and 4:00pm from Friday 31 October to 10:00am Monday, 9th November, 2020. Opening of bids commences immediately after closure. Any tender received other than the date and time above will not be entertained or considered. Interested bidders may obtain further information at the address above. The Local Council is not bound to give reason for Acceptance or Rejection of any Tenders.
