Points To Remember:
1 The rates of the terms should be submitted in the above given format
2. Price/Rates against the items should be quoted inclusive of VAT.
3. Prices should be quoted for each item.
4. Prices quoted must be without overwriting and correction. In case of correction/typos or overwriting rates written on the second copy will be considered valid. In case where both copies have correction or overwriting, the stated bid will be deemed invalid.
5. Street Child of Nigeria will not be bound to accept the lowest quotation and rates. Contract can be pläced on any other supplier
whose samples/items are found superior or as per the requirements of Street Child of Nigeria.
6. The decision of the Tender Committee shall be final on selections
7. Street Child of Nigeria can consider and select more than one Contractor for each site location.
8. Selected vendors should have verifiable evidence of having provided similar construction with at least 2 iNGOs and/or government
9. Vendors domiciled with BAY (Borno, Adamawa and Yobe states, especially Borno are highly encouraged to apply
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
1. Purchaser: Street Child of Nigeria
2. Consignee: PM-PLANE Project, Procurement & Logistics Officer
3. Non-negotiable rates: Prices should be quoted on a firm & fixed price basis. Request for enhancement of contracted rates shall not be considered under any circumstances. Tenders with variable prices or seeking provision for enhancement of prices/contracted rates shall be rejected straight away without any consideration
4. Non-Transferability: This Tender is non-transferable.
5. Terms & Conditions: The bidding form should comply with the terms and conditions set out in this Bid document. In case of bids not complying with such terms & conditions, shall be ignored/rejected at the discretion of Street Child of Nigeria.
