INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE EXECUTION OF VARIOUS PROJECTS

Notice is hereby given by EKITI STATE GOVERNMENT to suitable Contractors to submit tender for the following projects.
S/N PROJECT TITLE
Construction of Airfield Pavements in Ekiti
LOT1 Pavements of Runway, Taxiway and aprons
LOT2 Airfield lightings
LOT3 Navigation-aids,
2. TENDER DOCUMENTS
Tender Documents including un-priced Bill(s) of Engineering Measurement and
Evaluation(BEME) which are obtainable from Director, Procurement Department, Ministry of Works and Transportation, Ajilosun, Ado Ekiti on the payment of non-refundable tender fees payable to Head 402 Sub-Head 101 of the Ministry of Works and Transportation as may be indicated on the notice board of the Ministry.
3. PREREQUISITES FOR TENDER
(a) Contractors submitting Tenders must be duly registered with the Ekiti State
Registration Board of the Ministry of Works and Transportation, Ado Ekiti
(b) A copy of the receipts in respect of the non-refundable Tender fee;
(c) Evidence of Company’s (functioning) office in Ekiti State;
(d) Evidence of registration with Ekiti State Bureau of Public Procurement
(e) Evidence of registration of Business premises in Ekiti State;
(f) Copy of Company’s Income Tax Clearance certificate
g)The certificate of incorporation of the company:
(h) The Company’s profile indicating the list and resume of Management and Key Professional staff, partners, equipment, working experience and any other
relevant information that may enhance the favourable consideration of the
tenders
(i) List and Verifiable evidence of Projects) successfully executed in relevant
sectors;
(j)Evidence of financial capability (reference letter issued by reputable Bank and
verifiable statement of BankAccount);
(k) Value added Tax (VAT) registration Certificate;
(l) Tax Clearance certificate and Development levy of Directors for the last three
years paid to the government of Ekiti state;
(m) Audited Account for the last three years;
4. SITE INSPECTION
All tenderers are advised to visit the site for the purpose of inspection and reasonable pricing of the ills) of Engineering Measurement and Evaluation (BEME).
5 SUBMISSION OF TENDERS
(a) All tenders should be submitted to the State Tenders Board Secretariat not later than 10am on 6th of January, 2020. and opening ceremony comes up by
12.00noon same day.
(b) All tenders should be submitted in a seal envelope marked “THE PROJECT OF OUR CHOICE” clearly indicated on the top left corner of the envelope and addressed to
THE PERMANENT SECRETARY
STATE TENDERS BOARD,
Co CABINET AND SPECIAL SERVICE DEPARTMENT,
OFFICE OF THE GOVERNOR, ADO-EKITI.
(Tenderers should not indicate the name of their companies at the back of the envelope in any manner whatsoever.)
6 ACCEPTANCE OF TENDERS
All tenders accompanied with relevant documents and attachments contained in the notice must be submitted in the manner
