INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR REGISTRATION OF VENDORS TO OUR DATABASE FOR FUTURE BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENTS

International Medical Corps is working to relieve the suffering of those impacted by war, natural disaster and disease by delivering vital health care services that focus on training, helping devastated populations return to self-reliance.
International Medical Corps Nigeria country office is inviting vendors/suppliers to participate in their interest to be registered on our database for future business relationship. More importantly, to participate in our tendering process.
Interested vendors for the following categories;
1. Medical Equipment=> (EOI-11-001-BOR-2020-LOT 1)
2. WASH Equipment & Supplies => (EOI-11-001-BOR-2020-LOT 2)
3. Chemicals => (EOI-11-001-BOR-2020-LOT 3)
4. IT & Communication equipment=> (EOI-11-001-BOR-2020-LOT 4)
5. Generators & ACs => (EOI-11-001-BOR-2020-LOT 5)
6. Office Supplies & Consumables => (EOI-11-001-BOR-2020-LOT 6)
7. Medical Supplies => (EOI-11-001-BOR-2020-LOT 7)
8. PSS and NFIS => (EOI-11-001-BOR-2020-LOT 8)
9. Office Stationeries => (EOI-11-001-BOR-2020-LOT 9)
Submission Notes: Please ensure the following before submitting the documents;
-Above lots are not only for Maiduguri office but also for Abuja, Damboa and Kano. However, it is your choice to apply for any number of locations. Maiduguri location is mandatory
-You can apply for any number of lots from above list
-Please apply separately for each Location and each Lot. Mention the same clearly on envelope; example, “Office Stationaries – EOI-11-001-BOR-2020-LOT 9. Location: Abuja only”
-Having only one location and/or only one Lot will not disqualify you from the process
Please contact IMC to express your interest and request for complete documentation containing all details of the Process, from 3rd December 2020 to 11th December 2020 (10.00 AM- 4.00 PM) at the following addresses:
