REQUEST FOR ARCHITECT/ENGINEER QUALIFICATIONS – PR9559397

Architect/Engineer services are needed to perform quality assurance inspections for the roof replacement and associated waterproofing systems on the existing Utility Building No.1 and Service Compound Access Control Building at the United States Embassy, Abuja, Nigeria.
We will select an Architect/Engineer firm based on technical qualifications. Firms wishing to be considered for this project should complete and submit the attached Standard Form 330 to the Contracting Officer at abujaprocbids@state.gov. I have attached instructions for completing this form.
We will evaluate firms based on:
- Relevant, professional qualifications of the firm for the type of work required;
- Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required;
- Demonstrated success on similar projects in terms of quality of work and compliance with schedules, with contact information (names, organizations, valid email addresses and phone numbers) of your clients for the past three years.
- Capacity to accomplish work;
- Resumes or curricula vitae for key personnel of the A/E firm.
- Licensed qualifications necessary for meeting this requirement; and
- Knowledge of locality of project.
