For his activities and projects in Nigeria, International Medical Corps is inviting competent, professional and established suppliers/service providers capable of supply of the items/services listed below and as described in the tender documents.

How to get the Tender documents?
Option 1: Physical Tender documents.
The physical tender documents can be retrieved from January 11th to January 25 2021 between 10:00 am to 05:00 pm at following address:

Option 2: Electronic Tender documents.

It is possible to request for the tender documents from January 11th to January 25th 2021 between 10:00 am to 05:00 pm via email to the email address imcnigeriaprocurement@internationalmedicalcorps.org and copy

Submission deadline The deadline for submitting completed tender bids is for January 31st, 2021 at 4:30 pm Nigeria time (GMT+1)

Submission Methodology
Offers must be submitted:
Option 1: Via email to secured email address: tender.abv@internationalmedicalcorps.org 
Note that if you include other International Medical Corps email addresses in your email containing offer, your offer will be disqualified.

Subject of the email containing your offer must contain International Medical Corps RFQ/ITT reference number (01-001-BOR-2021) also provided in the Tender document.

Option 2: Hand delivered or via courier service in a sealed envelope placed into the tender-specific box against receipt and tender record of delivery in tender-specific log-book by bidder’s representative delivering the offer. Submission of offers should be done at the following addresses:

Award of contract will follow, following internal evaluation process.

International Medical Corps reserves the right to accept or reject any part of, or the entire tender in accordance with internal procedures.

The winning bid or bids taken from this competitive bidding process, only by agreement of the winning bid/s, may be considered for entry into a ‘Framework Blanket Purchase Agreements’ for future supply of these items/Services to International Medical Corps
