INVITATION TO TENDER FOR EXECUTION OF PROJECTS
(1.0) INTRODUCTION
As part of the efforts to achieve our mandate of providing social amenities for the benefit of the citizen and general public, the Ifelodun Local Council Development Area hereby invite qualified Contractors/Supplier and Consultants for the execution of the under listed social amenities.

Lot 3 Construction of 2 Storey building Primary Health Centre at Apasa. CATEGORY: CONSULTANCY SERVICES
Lot 01 Consultancy services for Construction of 3 Storey Executive building within Council Secretariat and One storey building at Amukoko police station. Lot 02 Refuse evacuation/environmental sanitation services, inclusive of drainage clearance, solid waste, and specialized wastes etc. consultancy services for all the above items. Lot 03 Consultancy services on the review and printing of bye-laws
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
(1) Certificate of incorporation/registration with CAC.
(2) Company’s audited account for 2018, 2019 and 2020.
(3) Copy of company’s tax clearance for the last three years.
(4) Performance Bond from a reputable financial institution.
(5) Evidence of registration with Lagos State Public Procurement Agency/ Ifelodun Local Council Development Area.
(6) Radio and television license receipt (current year).

COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Tender document shall be collected from the office, Head of Procurement Unit, Ifelodun LCDA secretariat from the date of this publication.
SUBMISSION OF TENDER
Interested companies are required to submit Five copies all tender document in sealed envelope, indicate the LOT NO at the top corner of the envelope and address to:

The envelop must be registered with designated officer in charge of the procurement unit and hereafter dropped in the tender box provided for the purpose on or before 12:00noon on Monday 8 February, 2021.
TENDER OPENING
Tender opening shall be opened immediately after the close of submission from 12:00noon on Monday 8th February, 2021 at the Chairman Conference Room first floor, Ifelodun LCDA secretariat.
NOTE: The use face mask is mandatory, while the social distance must be observed COVID-19 is real.
