GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE (GPN) FOR YEAR 2019 TETFUND INTERVENTION IN LIBRARY DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
INTRODUCTION
The College of Education Oju, Benue State, hereby issues the General Procurement Notice to inform eligible Contractors, Suppliers, Vendors and the General Public that the College is to undertake Procurement of Works, under the YEAR 2019 TETFUND ANNUAL INTERVENTION
THE PROJECT
| LOT 1 | Construction and furnishing of Academic Staff Offices |
(1) Interested and eligible contractors, suppliers and vendors are advised to lookout for the Specific Procurement Notice (SPN) for the project mentioned above in Federal Tenders Journal, National Dailies and Notice boards.
(2) The Advertisement is NOT an Invitation to tender
(3) Note that the bid documents would be evaluated on responsiveness to criteria including but not limited to:
(i) Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC),
(ii) Company’s Audited Accounts for 3 years,
(iii) Company Income Tax (CIT),
(iv) Compliance Certificate from Pension Commission (PENCOM).
( v) Compliance Certificate from Industrial Training Fund (ITF),
(vi) Compliance Certificate from Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSTIF),
(vii) Interim Registration Report (IRR) in the Bureau for Public Procurement (BPP) national Database of Contractors.
(4) The College of Education Oju reserves the right to invoke the provision of section 28 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) 2007 on matters regarding this procurement without incurring any liability to the bidder.
