EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF AN 80KVA SOUND PROOF GENERATOR AND 4,000LITRES CAPACITY DIESEL TANK
The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH; “Strengthening Capacities for Peacebuilidng and conflict Resolution in Nigeria’s Middle Belt (PEACECORE) Programme” financed by Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany, would like to procure “An 80KVA Sound Proof Diesel Generator, and 4,000 litres Capacity diesel Tank, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning to Plateau State Nigeria” with the following but not limited specification:
80KVA SOUND-PROOF DIESEL ENGINE GENERATOR incl. automatic switch gear wiring incl. earthing, armoured cables, accessories, and civil works. Factory inspection certificate to be provided for the delivered generator.
4,000 LITRES FULLY CALIBRATED STEEL DIESEL TANK with the following minimum specification: Above ground vertical carbon steel diesel tank, capacity of 4000Ltrs (fully calibrated), incl. litre counter, electronic pump, anti-roll support, rust prevention layer and automatic stop gun, self-supporting base frame to support the tank bottom and up to 100% capacity, drain plug for maintenance and cleaning, ventilation pipe, preparation of grounding connection point, accessories, and civil works. Connection to generator and country specific certification of installation. Factory inspection certificate to be provided for the delivered tank.
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested dealers to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following,
(a) Official letter expressing interest,
(b) Concise company profile
(c) Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Memorandum of Association clearly indicating business area as dealer and supplier of Generator.
(d) Bank Reference Letter
(e) Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs (supply and installation of a Heavy- duty Generator). Only third-party evidence will be considered not list of similar jobs.
For consideration, all interested bidders should submit the aforementioned documents as a hard copy in a sealed envelope to GIZ Nigeria Office reception at No. 12 Charles De Gaulle Street Asokoro, Abuja labelled :

Your complete documents should not be more than 20 pages. Only completed documents received at the physical address indicated not later than Friday, 26th February 2021 by 5pm from the date of this publication will be accepted and considered.
