INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF CAR RENTAL AND SECURITY SERVICES TEN/INT/NIG/01/2021

Our humanitarian workers have been helping people affected by humanitarian crises in Nigeria since 2016: we provide lifesaving and life-sustaining basic essential services under health, nutrition, WasH, protection, livelihoods and food security
1. How To obtain the Tender Dossier:
The dossier is available from the Contracting Authorities by requesting it via email at the following address: tenders.nigeria@intersos.org
2. Prospective bidders with questions regarding the tender dossier should send them to: tenders.nigeria@intersos.org(mentioning the Category reference of the dossiers as indicated in the chart below) at least seven calendar days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The Contracting Authority must reply to all interested parties with questions at least three calendar days before the deadline for submission of the TENDER document. Eventual clarifications or minor changes to the tendering process shall be published at the latest three calendar days before the submission deadline

3. Deadline for submission of complete set of the tender dossier: The deadline for submission of the tender document is on MONDAY the 15th of February, 2021 at 5:PM

Any submission received by the Contracting Authority after this deadline will not be considered. All submission must be submitted to below address on or before the deadline clearly marked with the category reference number in a seal envelop or via email at tendersubmission.nigeria@intersos.org

5. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
Special experience and capability to organize, supply and deliver items or services at short notice.

  • Verifiable address (Offices and shops)- stock level to meet demand, phone number and email within intersos area of operation
  • Evidence of tax clearance
  • Statement of financial capacity from the bank and or (Audited Account)
  • CAC Certificate

6. Language of the procedure: All written communications and contracts must be in English.
