ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE REHABILITATION AND
CONSTRUCTION OF 2020/2021 CONSTITUENCY PROJECTS
(1) The Kebbi State Ministry for Basic and Secondary Education wishes to invite suitably qualified contractors for the rehabilitation and construction of 2020/2021 constituency projects.
(a) The scope of work are;
(1) Rehabilitation of class room.
(2) Construction of head masters house.
(3) School fencing.
(4) Supply of Laboratory equipment.
(B) QUALIFICATIONS OF FIRMS RESPONDING TO THE RFQ
The Contractors or representative of the firm etc. must show clear evidence of:
- Payment of corporate taxes, PAYE, VAT, etc.
- Kebbi State Ministerial Tenders Registration Certificate
- Letter of Confirmation by applicant’s Bankers on having financial capacity to execute the contract.
- Certificate of Incorporation for companies/consulting firms
- Memorandum and Articles of Association.
- Registration with professional/regulatory bodies as would be applicable.
- List of previous works/services executed within Kebbi State and evidence of performance.
- List of company/consulting firms personnel including qualification and year of experience in the field.
- Third party insurance.
(C) DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF QUOTATION
The Contractor firms or representatives of the company etc. are to submit quotation on or before 5th February, 2021.
The Ministry for Basic and Secondary Education reserves the right to reject any quotation that does not meet its requirement. For more details, please contact the Office of the Director of Planning and Research.
