REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PROPERTY REDEVELOPMENT PARTNERSHIP

Niger State Development Company Limited is a full Government-Owned Enterprise with an investment portfolio spread across the real estate and hospitality industries.
It has over the years delivered valuable projects through strategic partnerships with the private sector. The Company is the legal and equitable owner of property No.15453 measuring 5,572.69sqm on Wumo Road Unguwan Rimi Kaduna and currently seeking a property redevelopment partnership overit.

Eligible and qualified private developers are therefore requested to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) for the redevelopment of property No.15453 on Wurno Road Unguwan Rimi Kaduna into either a hotel, lettable office spaces or a mixed use property.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission including Forms CAC2 and CAC7.
  • Tax Clearance Certificate from 2017 to 2019.
  • Evidence of Firm’s registration with relevant professional bodies (where applicable).
  • Company’s Audited Accounts from 2017 to 2019.
  • Evidence of financial capability to execute the project by submission of Reference
  • Letter from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria, indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed.
  • Company Profile with the CV of Key Staff to be deployed for the project, including copies of their Academic/Professional qualifications.
  • Verifiable documentary evidence of at least two (2) similar projects executed.

Please Note:

  • Prospective private developers will go through a pre-qualification process which may include interviews.
  • Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted at a later date for collection of Request for Proposals.
