TARABA STATE GOVERNMENT
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICE ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF NEW GOVERNMENT HOUSE IN JALINGO
In compliance with the public procurement law 2012, the Taraba State Government is desirous of constructing a new Government House in Jalingo, the state capital.
The Ministry of Housing invites competent and reputable consultants with proven experience to submit Expression of interest (EOI) for consultancy on the construction of new Government House Jalingo .
(2) ELIGIBILITY/CRITERIA
Interested firms must have verifiable cognate experience in the professional area they are applying for and must have:
(i) Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
(ii) Evidence of current firm’s Tax clearance certificate for the last three years (2018 – 2020)
(iii) Evidence of compliance with Pension Reform Act 2014 (PENCOM)
(iv) Evidence of compliance with Industrial Training Fund amendment Act 2011 by inclusion of copy of compliance certificate from the Industrial Training Fund.
( v) Evidence of certified Audited account of the firm for the last three years 2018-2020
(vi) Evidence of financial capability/Bank reference from a reputable bank
(vii) Evidence of Value Added Tax (VAT) registration and remittance for the last three years 2018-2020
(viii) Detailed company profile indicating key professional staff and area of core competence
(ix) Evidence of enlisted/registration with professional bodies e.g Architect Registration Council of Nigeria (ACON), Council of Registered Building of Nigeria (CORBON) etc.
(x) Any other useful information that may enhance the firm’s chances of selection.
SUBMISSION/OPENING
Three copies of Expression of interest (EOI) must be packaged in sealed envelope clearly mark “expression of interest” at the top right hand corner of the sealed envelope and address to:
The procurement officer, Ministry of Housing, No. 116 Barde Way, P.M.B 1016 Jalingo, Taraba state to reach him on 4 March, 2021.
Please note that:
- Submission date is 8th March 2021 and Time is 10am.
- Only shortlisted consultants may be invited for further consideration.
- Late submission shall be rejected
