REQUEST PRINTING FOR CORRECTIONS PROJECT

The U.S. Embassy Abuja has a requirement for a vendor to provide printing services and you are invited to submit a quotation as follows:

  1. Printing of Correctional Service Information Billboard. Size dimensions for the billboard is 6metres in length by 3 meters in width. The length of the stand to surface will be 3.3meters, while beneath the ground measures 1.2metres material  specification  needed – Non rust metal. IRON PIPE
  2. Printing of Billboard information material (design one) to fit frame of board measuring 2.54 meters length by 1.3 meters wide. The Billboard will come with a stand to surface measurement 1.9meters while beneath the ground measures 900m.  Material specification  needed. Non rust metal. IRON PIPE
  3. Billboard material (design two) to fit frame of board measuring 2.54 meters length by 1.3 meters wide. The Billboard will come with a stand to surface measurement 1.9meters while beneath the ground measures 900m. Material specification needed. Non rust metal. IRON PIPE

The preferred shipping location would be American Embassy Warehouse, Durumi, Abuja or any other location (to be advised) in Abuja

The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability and past performance.

  1. Include complete specifications, samples/pictures (where applicable), return policy and total shipment weight along with your quotes.
  2. Vendor must state BOLDLY if offering alternatives.
  3. All responses and quotes on this RFQ MUST be a direct reply to this email, and have the same subject line; copying Abujaprocbids@state.gov
  4. Vendors must state delivery terms (How long it will take to deliver).
  5. Deadline for offer submission is  February 22, 2021

Payment term is Net 30. Unsuccessful offerors may not be contacted.
