INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF 20 NOS. TOYOTA HIACE STANDARD ROOF BUSES 2.7L
(A) PREAMBLES
The Office of the Secretary to the Yobe State Government in compliance with best practice guidelines and Public Procurement Act (2016) hereby wishes to invite reputable and interested bidders/suppliers with requisite expertise and experience to tender for: The supply of 20 NOS. TOYOTA HIACE STANDARD ROOF BUSES 2.7L.
(B) ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Interested suppliers/bidders should submit their (EOI) documents along with the following:
(i) Certificate of Incorporation.
(u) Registration with the Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement (BPP).
(iii) 3 years Current Tax Clearance.
(iv) Three (3) years Audited accounts.
(v) Evidence of similar projects executed.
(vi) A sworn affidavit that the company is not bankrupt.
(vii) Evidence of VAT remittance.
(viii) The company is not bankrupt.
(ix) Evidence of PENCOM compliance.
Documents for submission should be accompanied with a forwarding letter duly signed by the CEO or his equivalent to the Permanent Secretary. Ministry of Transport and Energy, Gen Abdusalami Abubakar Way, Damaturu, Yobe State.
(C) SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Interested Bidders are to submit two copies of their tender documents in sealed envelope and addressed to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Transport and Energy, Gen. Abdusalami Abubakar Way, Damaturu, Yobe State, and clearly marked “Tender Document for the Supply of Toyota Hiace Buses” and delivered to the office not later than 12:00 noon on the 12th February, 2021.
(D) Opening of Tender Documents
All tender documents that are received before the deadline of submission will be opened on 12th February, 2021.
Note: Only pre-qualified suppliers/bidders will be contacted for award of contract.
