Section 1: Offer Instructions
(1) Introduction to Offerors: The PRO-Cashew is a USDA program implemented by CNFA in Cote d’Ivoire. The goal of the PRO- Cashew Project is to boost the competitiveness of West African producers by improving efficiency and quality in production and trade and by working to develop more coherent regional trade and investment policies.
PRO-Cashew seeks a consultant’s services to carry out the Cashew Research and Production Landscape Analysis, which involves desk research, applying qualitative and quantitative research methods and visiting selected intervention regions in Nigeria. Section 2 provides full details on the required Scope of Work. The purpose of this Solicitation is to solicit quotations from qualified offerors.
Offerors are responsible for ensuring that CNFA receives their offers in accordance with the instructions, terms, and conditions described in this Solicitation. CNFA is looking for a local or international consultant to conduct a landscape analysis. Only Independent Consultants are eligible for consideration in response to this Solicitation. Offers submitted by firms will not be considered. Failure to adhere to instructions described in this Solicitation may lead to disqualification of an offer from consideration. Please reference the solicitation number in all responses.
