INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE EXECUTION OF UBEC/SUBEB 2019/2020 INTERVENTION PROJECTS
PREAMBLE
The State Universal Basic Education Board invites tender from reputable contractors with relevant working experience for the execution of UBEC/SUBEB 1ST, 2ND, 3RD and 4TH QUARTERS 2019/2020 Intervention Projects.
SCOPE OF THE WORK
1ST – 4TH QUARTERS OF 2019/2020 (ECCDE, PRIMARY & JSS) PROJECTS
(i) Construction and renovation of classroom blocks.
(ii) Construction and completion of perimeter walls fence.
(iii) Provision of double sitter steel frame wooden top pupils/student furniture school furniture.
(iv) Construction of 6 classroom storey building.
(v) Procurement of sets of Computers and accessories.
(vi) Procurement of Android Tablet.
(vii) Procurement of 18 seater brand new bus
(viii) Supply of ECCDE plays equipment.
(ix) Upgrading/Provision of ICT laboratory
(x) Drilling of Motorised Borehole
ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST PRESENT THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENT.
(a) Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (C.A.C.)
(b) Certificate/Evidence of registration of Tender with SUBEB.
(c) Verifiable evidence of current tax clearance for at least three years (2018, 2019 & 2020). Financial capability of company/Audited Account
(d) A comprehensive company profile with C.V’s of key professional including photocopy of relevant academic qualification, contact phone number and registration with relevant regulatory body (ARCON, COREN, CORBON, NATE AND QSRBN)
(e) Evidence of similar job executed in the State.
(f) Verifiable current PENCOM compliance certificate issued by National Pension Commission (2020)
(g) Verifiable current Industrial Training Fund certificate (2020)
(h) Verifiable current Social Nigerian Training Fund (2020)
(i) Current company Audited duly stamped and signed by ANAN/ICAN.
(j) Evidence of ownership of relevant equipment, machines, tools and workshop.
SUBMISSION OF VERIFIABLE TENDER DOCUMENTS
