SECURED WAREHOUSE
The U. S. Embassy Abuja has a requirement for a qualified company to provide a secured building for warehouse in a secured area in Abuja for INL use.
The warehouse storage space shall be able to contain items from five – Six, 40 foot containers or more. The minimum duration of the warehouse shall be one year with option to renew.
You are invited to submit a quotation for the secured warehouse.
The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability and past performance.
FOR A VALID QUOTE, please note the following:
(i) Include complete specifications, samples/pictures (where applicable), return policy and total shipment weight along with your quotes.
(ii) Vendor must state BOLDLY if offering alternatives.
(iii) All responses and quotes on this RFQ MUST be a direct reply to this email, and have the same subject line; copying Abujaprocurement@state.gov
(iv) Vendors must state delivery terms (How long it will take to deliver).
(v) Deadline for offer submission is March 17, 2021
Payment term is Net 30. Unsuccessful offerors may not be contacted.
