REQUEST PURCHASE OF ITEMS FOR CIMS PROJECT
The U. S. Embassy Abuja has a requirement for a vendor to provide computer and accessories and you are invited to submit a quotation .
The quantities are as follows:
(1) HP – 290G2 – Desktop Computer (1TB, 4GB, CORE i5) 12 each
(2) Mikrotik RB3011 Router 3 set
(3) 6 Unit Wall mount network server cabinet rack 3 each
(4) Lantor electric extension box 12 each
(5) Gigabit Ethernet LAN Cable (Cat 6) 100% Copper 6 each
(6) Mikrotik 24 port Gigabit POE router/switch with 4 x 10Gbps SFP+ and 500W (CRS328-24P-4S+ RM). 3 each
(7) HP M102 LaserJet Printer 3 each
The preferred shipping location would be American Embassy Warehouse Durumi, Abuja.
The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability and past performance.
Also fill the NDAA compliance form as attached together with the quote.
FOR A VALID QUOTE, please note the following:
(1) Include complete specifications, samples/pictures (where applicable), return policy and total shipment weight along with your quotes.
(2) Vendor must state BOLDLY if offering alternatives.
(3) All responses and quotes on this RFQ MUST be a direct reply to this email, and have the same subject line; copying Abujaprocurement@state.gov
(4) Vendors must state delivery terms (How long it will take to deliver).
(5) Deadline for offer submission is March 19, 2021
