DESCRIPTION
The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), is an international development agency that works to deliver a world where every pregnancy is wanted, every child birth is safe and every young person’s potential is fulfilled. UNFPA is the lead UN Agency that expands the possibilities for women and young people to lead healthy sexual and reproductive lives.
The Agency intends to identify local suppliers who can Supply Corporate Uniform for drivers at the Nigeria Uniform. These uniforms can be either sewn to fit or store bought according to the eventual customer’s measurements and preferences.
- A special selection condition is that the exact samples of the product must be submitted for evaluation at the Abuja Country office as described in the attached RFQ document. Appropriate sample submissions are critical to final selection.
Sample Submission Instructions:
Samples should be submitted with the bidder’s name and RFQ No clearly written on the package and individual sample items. Addressed to: The International Operations Manager, UNFPA Nigeria, UN House, Plot 617/618, Diplomatic Zone, Central Business Area, Time: on or before Thursday, 18th March 2021, at 16:00pm West Africa Time (GMT+1)
New vendors are required to register on the UNGM vendor portal and submit quotations following the RFQ guidelines on the required form and sent to the secured email- unfpangprocurement@unfpa.org ONLY.
