1. This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this project that appeared in UNDB online of 5 March, 2019 and on the African Development Bank Group’s Internet Website.
2. The Federal Government of Nigeria has received Financing from the African Development Bank in various currencies towards the cost of lnclusive Basic Service Delivery and Livelihood Empowerment Integrated Programme. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligble
payments under the contract tor the procurement of works for construction of toilets in schools and health
3. The Project Implementation Unit, Inclusive Basic Service Delivery and Livelihood Empowerment Integrated Programme Borno State now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the execution of the works for construction of toilets in schools and health centers

4. Interested eligible bidder may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the office address below
5. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Fifty thousand Naira (50,000.00)
6. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the African Development Bank Standard Bidding Document Procurement of Goods or Procurement of Works
7. Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 12:00 am on 12th May, 2021 and must be accompanied by a security of N 1,500.00.00.
8. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 1:00pm at the Conference Hall of Borno State Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency, No.1 Airport road Maiduguri Nigeria.
9. Late bids shall be rejected and returned unopened
