INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF 10,000 UNITS OF CHILDREN BACK PACK SCHOOL BAGS
The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH;
“Programme for Strengthening Resilience in North East Nigeria'”, financed by Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany, would like to procure 10,000 Units Children Back pack School bags to be delivered to Mubi, Adamawa state with the following but not limited specification:
Minimum of 3 Compartment Backpack in Durable fabric Material with easily adjustable padded Shoulder straps, a carrying handle and a Zipper into main compartment. Area Dimensions of 0.5- 0.6 Square meter
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested dealers to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
a. An official letter expressing interest.
b. Comprehensive company profile
c. Bank Introductory Letter
d. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
e. Tax clearance certificate of the last three years indicating an annual turnover of NGN 30,000,000.00 minimum in the year 2020
f. Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs
For consideration, all interested bidders should submit the aforementioned
documents as a hard copy in a sealed envelope to GIZ Nigeria Office reception at No. 12 Charles de Gaulle Street, Asokoro, Abuja labelled:
