NASARAWA STATE GOVERNMENT MINISTRY OF EDUCATION, SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE RENOVATION OF THE DINING HALL/KITCHEN/STORE AT GOVERNMENT TECHNICAL COLLEGE ASSAKIO.
- The Nasarawa State Government intends to carry out renovation of the Dining Hall/Kitchen/Store at Government Technical College Assakio.
2. Consequently, the state ministry of Education, Science and Technology, wishes to invite reputable Contractors With relevant proven competence and experience to bid for the project.
3. Criteria for Qualifications:
1. CAC Certificate
2. Tax Clearance for the past 3 years (2020, 2019, and 2018)
3. Audited Account for the past 3 years (2020, 2019, and 2018)
4. VAT
5. PENCOM
6. NISTF
7. ITF
8. BPP
9. Evidence of registration with the state BPP
4. Tender documents can be obtained from the Director planning research and Statistics of the Ministry upon payment of Non-refundable tender fee of N100,000.00. (One Hundred Thousand Naira only)
5. Completed tender document must be_submitted in sealed Envelope in duplicate marked “Original” by left and ” Copy” by the right with project name clearly stated on the Envelope.
6. Completed tender document must be submitted on or before 5th May, 2021 by 12 Noon
7. Submitted tender documents will be opened immediately on the same date 5th May, 2021 at 12 Noon at the Boardroom of Ministry of Education, Science and Technology.
Note:
a. Late Submission of bid is not acceptable
b. That the Nasarawa State Government reserves the right to verify all claims of the contractors
c. That Government is not bound to accept the lowest bidder.
