REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) – SKILLS ACQUISITION AND ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT PROGRAMME
RFP Title: Consultancy Service to implement Vocational Skills Acquisition and Economic Empowerment Programme in Adamawa and Sokoto State
RFP Expiry Date: 7 April, 2021 @ 5.00pm
Terms of Reference / Specifications:
The service to be delivered is detailed in the attached schedule.
The services will be delivered over a maximum of 180 days.
The Consultant will provide skills development and economic empowerment support to beneficiaries in LGAs (namely Yola, Mubi, Sokoto North and Binji LGA) in Adamawa and Sokoto State. The planned support will take the form of technical and practical skills training aimed at developing the capacity of participants to engage in the local Financial Market. The objective of this project is to create a pool of well-trained financially literate women who are informed of the importance of investment and can make independent and sound financial decisions.
The successful Consultant must demonstrate a methodology for measuring the impact of the project as well as a sustainability plan.
