INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR EXTERNAL AUDITORS
The Sir Ahmadu Bello Memorial Foundation invites interested and reputable firms to render External In Auditing view Services interested or and qualified practicing Auditing firms are invited to submit their EOI bid.
1. SCOPE OF WORK
Annual statutory Audit.
2. REQUIREMENTS
Those interested in the process are required to submit comprehensive and verifiable evidence of the
Following Information
a. Certificate of incorporation/registration with relevant agencies.
b. Up-to-date Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC) and Tax Identification Number (TIN).
c. Copies of last three years audited accounts.
d. Up to date Practising Certificate from Recognised Accounting Professional Bodies (ICAN or ANAN).
e. List of successful services provided in the past, clients, Copies of engagement letters with applicable fees charged etc.
f. Company profile with names and qualifications of key partners and personnel (copies of CVs, professional registration certificates and up to date practising licences are required)
g. Sworn affidavit attesting to the authenticity of information provided and that such information is true in every respect and that the firm is not in receivership and none of its principal partners has ever been convicted of fraudulent activity.
3. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The advertisement shall not be construed as commitment on behalf of the Foundation, NOR shall it entitle any irm to make any Claim OR seek indemnity from costs incurred pursuant to this advertisement. All costs shall be borne by the responding firm.
The Foundation reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the claims made in the Expression of interest documents submitted and original documents may be requested for sighting. Note that any false document(s) and or declaration directed will invalidate the submission.
4. SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
The documents should be sealed in an envelope and clearly marked “EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR EXTERNAL AUDITORS”

Documents shall be submitted in the Foundation Office not later than two weeks from the date of this advert. only shortlisted firms will be contacted to proceed to the next stage or the process and the Foundation shall not enter into unsolicited correspondence with any unsuccessful firm.
The Foundation reserves the right to reject any or all submissions.
