TITLE: BUILDING CONTRACTORS; INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
SCOPE OF WORK: TO CARRY OUT DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION OF RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT FOR SERVICE PROVIDERS
The Company hereby invites expression of interest from reputable, experienced and suitably qualified Grade B and C contractors/developers to carry out development /building works. The following information should be submitted and attachment marked accordingly:
- Letter of interest.
- Company profile, registration, location and ownership structure
- Proof of experience and performance on estate or building projects within Nigeria over a period of five (5) years.
- Proof of managerial and technical capacity to handle projects
- Evidence of contractors performance reports, client reference letters, and nominated referees
- The composition of the applicant’s construction delivery team, including the key
- personnel and major sub-contractors/consultants proposed (including relevant
- qualifications and experience).
- Tax/VAT registration and evidence of payment for a minimum of three (3) years
- Additional requirement can be added
