INVITATION TO TENDER FOR REMODELING, RENOVATION AND CONSULTANCY SERVICES
PREAMBLE
The Office of the Vice-Chancellor, Yobe State University, Damaturu, in compliance with best practice guidelines and Public Procurement Act (2016) hereby, wishes to invite reputable interested contractors and consultants with requisite expertise and experience to tender for:
Lot 1: – Remodeling and Renovation of 3-Star Hotel Damaturu to serve as clinical section of Medical College of the University.
Lot 2:- Consultancy services for the project above
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Interested contractors/consultants should submit their (EOI) document along with the following:
(i) Certificate of Incorporation
(ii) Registration with the Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement (BPP)
(iii) 3 years Current Tax Clearance
(iv) Three (3) years Audited accounts
(v) Evidence of similar projects executed
(vi) A sworn affidavit that the company is not bankrupt
(vii) Evidence of VAT remittance
(viii) The Company is not bankrupt
(ix) Evidence of PENCOM compliance
Documents for submission should be accompanied with a forwarding letter duly signed by the CEO or his equivalent to the Office of the Registrar, Yobe State University, Damaturu.
SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Interested bidders are to submit two copies of their Tender Documents in sealed envelope and addressed to the Registrar, Yobe State University, Damaturu and clearly marked Tender Documents and indicate the Lot Number and deliver to it the office not later than 12:00 noon on the 29 April, 2021.
OPENING OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
All tender documents that are received before the deadline of submission will be opened on 29 April, 2021.
Note: Only pre-qualified contractors/consultants will be contacted for award of contract.
