INVITATION FOR TENDER FOR THE EXECUTION OF PROJECTS
State Universal Basic Education Board, Gusau has received the 1st – 4th Quarters, 2020 FGN matching grant from the Universal Basic Education Commission, Abuja. The Fund will be utilized for the improvement of infrastructure in Primary and Junior Secondary Schools across the State.
To this end, tenders are hereby invited from suitably qualified, competent and reputable contractors to tender for the following works and services:
PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Contractors are to enclose the following documents in submitting the Completed Bill of Quantities.
(a) Evidence of Incorporation or Business Name Registration.
(b) Evidence of Registration with SUBEB Gusau.
( c) Evidence of Previous Similar Works Executed
(d) Evidence of 3 Year Tax Clearance.
( e) Company Profile.
(f) ITF Compliance.
(g) National Insurance Trust Fund.
(h) Pencom.
(i) IRR.
(j) Names and CVs of Company’s Professionals (Architect, Quantity Surveyor, Builders etc)
TENDER DOCUMENTS
(a) Non – Refundable tender fee of 10,000.00 per tender.
(b) Contractors are required to submit the completed Bills of Quantities to Headquarters of the State Universal Basic Education Board, Gusau Office of the Director Works not later than 6 Weeks from the Date of the notice (12 May 2021). The tender will be opened by 12:00pm that date/day………..2021, tender documents are obtainable at the office of Secretary Tender Committee on presentation of evidence of payment.
