REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT OF LAND
Our company, a foremost property development and management company in Nigeria with several real estate assets spread across the country, is seeking Real Estate Developers with credible track record for raising cost efficient development finance to partner in the redevelopment of 2 Hectares of Land on Henry Carr Street, Ikeja Industrial Estate, Ikeja Lagos State.
Prospective developers with ability to raise at least 2 Billion Naira developmental cost are hereby invited to submit proposals for redevelopment of the land after mandatory inspection.
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
- Access to the subject property is via the popular Oba Akran avenue or Agege Motor road, turning into Akanni Doherty Street which leads to Henry Carr Street.
- The neighborhood is predominantly an industrial precinct, which plays host to several industrial properties.
- Notable landmarks within the vicinity are Livestock Feeds Plc, Guinness Nigeria Plc, Neimeth Pharmaceutical amongst several others.
- The defunct structures within the property are 3 (No) celled Industrial sewage Treatment plants with Control Units,2 (No) office Blocks, an operating room and 2 Processing plants.
Interested firms are invited to submit their responses to this RFP electronically with subject: “RFP for Henry Carr Land” together with the following:
- A covering letter of introduction signifying interest in the project.
- A statement of qualification and relevant experience along with a list of similar projects done in the past.
- Resume of key personnel of the bidding firm.
- Design concept for the project.
- An initial feasibility and viability report for the project, including projected cash flow as well as revenue/ profit sharing formula between the parties involved.
