INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION/ EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR CAR HIRE & AIRLINE TICKETING SERVICES FOR JHPIEGO

Jhpiego Corporation, an affiliate of John Hopkins University, is an international non-profit, non-governmental organization that works to improve the health of women and families throughout the world. Jhpiego is in the process of pre qualification of vendors for the provision of Car Hire and Air Ticketing Services as detailed below

1. REQUIRED SERVICES
a) CAR HIRE SERVICES
Provision of Car Hire Services for Jhpiego Nigeria Offices inclusive of all LGAs using the state capital as take off point. Quotations should include:

  • Airport drop off and pick up
  • Hourly rates (Pick up and drop off inclusive)
  • Rate from state capital to each LGAs within the state
  • Full day rates
  • Interstate rates (To all state capital in Nigeria)

Car hire vendors with physical office location in Cross River, Niger, Taraba, Kano, Lagos, Sokoto, and Ebonyi states are strongly encouraged to express interest

B) AIR TICKETING SERVICES
Provision of air ticketing services by registered and licensed Travel Agency Companies. Travel Agents with physical office location in Abuja, as well as in Cross River, Niger, Adamawa, Akwa-lbom and Ebonyl States are strongly encouraged to apply

2. ELIGIBILITY

  • All applicants should provide the following
  • CAC documentation (Certificate of Incorporation, Article and Memorandum of Association) of the bidding company
  • Copy of valid operational licenses such as IATA accreditation is mandatory
  • Corporate Tax Identification Number (TIN) as provided by Federal Inland
  • Revenue Services providing inaccurate TIN may result to disqualification of expression of interest)
  • Organization profile, list of owners/directors, licenses and other related documents
  • Verifiable physical office address
  • Minimum of three (3) reputable references within the last three (3) years where similar services had been provided successfully.

3. PROPOSAL SUBMISSION PROCESS:

  • Completed offers including all the requirements and details specified, sealed in a plain envelope and clearly marked with the description of services should be sent to the address below and dropped into the Tender Box situated at the reception by 4 June, 2021 (Office hours: Mondays – Fridays: 8.00am-2pm)
  • All vendors should ensure that they sign the bid register after dropping their expression of interest at the reception.

6. Other information
Jhpiego will not accept any proposal submitted in any other way. Incomplete proposals will not be considered, and vendors who are currently providing these services to Jhpiego must re-apply with all of the documentation attached as mentioned above
