DESIGN BRIEF FOR PROPOSED MULTI-LEVEL CAR PARK
LOCATION: IKEJA, LAGOS
The Club is desirous of a befitting car park to ameliorate incessant parking problems experienced during the Club’s activities. The Club has set up a ‘Car Park Sub-Committee’ to conceptualize the project, and present to Management Council for, articulation and the buy-in of the entire members.
The committee seeks concept proposals from experienced Professional Firms for the development of a multi-level Car Park based on the under listed terms of reference.
- The survey plan titled “CONSIDERING 10 METERS SET BACK AS MAINTAINED BY ADJOINING PROPERTIES” AREA = 3,317.574 Square Meters, will be used in developing a conceptual plan.
- A detailed profile of the firm with similar past and comparable projects will be submitted along with the conceptual plan.
- List of technical persons with their relevant experiences, making up the design and engineering team, will also be submitted.

- Duration for submission of the conceptual plan will be 30 days from the date of advertisement.
- Terms and conditions for engagement as the design and engineering firms for the project will also be submitted.
- The proposed multi-level car park will be on the three floor levels (ground, first and second floors).
Objective: To achieve minimum of 300 parking spaces.
