CALL FOR THE SUBMISSION OF QUOTATION FOR SUPPLIES OF OPHTHALMIC MEDICAL EQUIPMENT.

An implementing partner of the North Central Transitional Aid in Nigeria (NoCTRAIN) with funding from BMZ through CBM Nigeria, is calling for submission of quotations for Ophthalmic medical equipment as listed below with specifications;
A. Phacoemulsification machine with appendages and Consumables (including cassettes) for at least 25 people.

Specifications;
1. Portables design with mobile cart.
2. Phacoemulsifier system.
3. Monolith console.
4. Adjustable instrument tray and storage bin.
5. Intuitive touch-colour screen (25.4cm) should be user friendly.
6. Neosonix handpiece
7. Traditional 375 ultrasound handpiece.
8. Vacuum pressure sensor:

-Aspiration up to 60cc/minute.
9. One touch cassette insertion.
10. Foot switch: programmable 4-switch.
11. Automatic IV pole (console controlled).

Interested vendors should submit quotations via email on or before the 1st of June 2021.

Submission of Bid
All quotation must be submitted electronically to: noctrainecwaprocurement@gmail.com with the subject;

Attention the procurement committee, NocTRAIN ECWA project.

Quotations must be signed, stamped, scanned and sent as an attachment in PDF format.

Instructions

  • All quotations must be submitted before the close of business (4pm) on the 1st of June 2021
  • Bidders must follow the instructions set forth in all documents for tender or bids will not be considered.
  • A prospective bidder requiring any clarification may verify with us via email no later than 1st of June 2021 at the email address: noctrainecwaprocurement@gmail.com.
  • Provide scanned evidence of registration of business name and with a verifiable business address and a valid bank account in the name of the business.
  • Provide evidence of payment of Tax/Company TIN
  • We will not be responsible for any cost or expenses incurred by the vendor in connection with the preparation of submission of bid.

Evaluation criteria.
Bids will be evaluated based on their responsiveness to the specifications, qualification, after sales services, payment terms and delivery time.

NB:Applicable 5% withholding tax (WHT) will be deducted.
