DESCRIPTION
UNICEF Nigeria seeks the services of a consultancy firm to support a cohort of young people aged 14-24 years over a period of 7 months as part of the Generation Unlimited Youth Challenge Global Incubation phase. In Nigeria the Youth Challenge was launched in 2020 in Lagos followed by a successful completion of pre-bootcamps in Lagos and Maiduguri (Borno) and a virtual bootcamp. The challenge which focused on innovative scalable ideas in education ended with the selection of 2 winning teams who represented Nigeria at the Global competition with TEAM MUDA from Maiduguri emerging as overall winner in the Education Category winning a seed funding of $15,000USD for their innovative idea.
