INVITATION TO BID FOR LEASE MANAGEMENT OF GUEST HOUSE & MULTIPURPOSE HALLS, LAGOS & BENIN CITY
Our client is a reputable regional body that owns a 54-room guest house and multipurpose halls located centrally in Agidingbi, lkeja, Lagos State and a 24-room guest house and multi-purpose halls located in Benin City, Edo State.
Bids are invited from reputable hotel management companies having requisite competencies and are interested in the Lease Management of the facilities
AVAILABLE FACILITIES
Lagos
- 8 Executive Rooms, 36 Standard Rooms and 10 Studio Rooms
- Two 600/500 capacity banquet halls, and 6 Meeting/Conference/Syndicate Rooms
Benin:
- 3 suites, 3 double rooms and 18 single rooms.
- Fully equipped 2# 800-1000 capacity multipurpose halls with changing rooms, 6 offices, male/female & physically challenged toilets + one small standalone meeting room.
INSPECTION
The facility is open for inspection after submitting an Expression of Interest (EOl) within two /2) weeks of this publication and obtaining written permission for access from the Consultants The EOl should contain information on the following items
- Profile of the company, including hotels/guest houses managed in the last 5 years
- Profile of Directors/ Partners
- Certificate of Incorporation of the company
- Evidence of tax payment for the last three years
- Bank reference(s)
- Any other relevant information
SUBMISSION OF BIDS
Along with EOI requirements, interested bidders should provide the following.
- Audited financial statements for the last three years
- Non-refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira only (N100,000.00). payable into our client’s account to be disclosed to prequalified bidders only
Bids should be submitted along with a copy of the payment teller, in addition to ALL the documents listed above, in sealed envelopes not later than 3.00p.m. on Friday, 9th July 2021 and should be addressed to and submitted at:
