INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
(1.0) PREAMBLE
Borno State Government is desirous of purchasing of 40Nos of 14Seater Toyota Buses 2013/2014 model for Borno Express Transport Corporation Competent Contractors are hereby invited to submit expression of interest documents upon payment of appropriates fees
(2.0) SCOPE OF SUPPLIES
40 18 Seaters Toyota Buses 2013/2014 models for Borno Express Corporation
(3.0) SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
To be qualified for Tender, the following documents should be submitted:
(i) Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (C.A.C)
(ii) Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years.
(iii) Bank Reference Letter
(iv) Evidence of compliance with Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund law
(v) Stamp Duties Payment Certificate
(vi) Evidence of Certificate Registration from PENCOM in accordance with the Pension Reform Act, 2014 including evidence of remittance of employee’s Pension Contribution/deduction.
(vii) Evidence of compliance with section 6(1:3) of Industrial Training Contribution of liable organization.
(viii) Sword affidavit of compliance with Public Procurement Law 2019.
(ix) Company’s Audited Account for last three years
(x) Unconditional Bank Guarantee
(4.0) GENERAL INFORMATION
All Enquiries regarding the advertisement should be directed to the Director. Planning Research and Statistics, Ministry of Transport, Maiduguri, between 10:00am to 04:00 Monday.
(5.0) SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
All submission for purchase should be in duplicate copies in wax sealed Envelope and marked with the Project for number at the top left head corner and marked EXPRESSION OF INTEREST which should delivered by Head or Courier Service to the address stated below not letter than 12:00 noon 26 June, 2020.
