Dear Sir / Madam:
We kindly request you to submit your quotation for the acquisition of audiovisual equipment’s for ETI pan-African center, as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2.
Quotations may be submitted on or before July 2, 2021 through ETI secured e-mail: etisourcing@ecobank.com
Interested offerors are kindly requested to send their offers in PDF and only through electronic version before the deadline at this e-mail address : etisourcing@ecobank.com and must be free from virus and corrupted files while making sure to indicate in the ‘’subject field’’ the reference of the tender : ‘ETI 004 RFQ 2021/2020’’ .Please note the size of your attachments should not be more than 5MB per individual e-mail and no offer will be received in hard copy at our reception desk.
It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation will reach the address above on or before the deadline. Quotations that are received by ETI after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation. Please kindly ensure that they are signed and in the .pdf format, and free from any virus or corrupted files.
