EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF AGRO-ALLIED EQUIPMENT
The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH; Pro-Poor Growth and Employment Promotion in Nigeria Programme, financed by Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany. would like to procure via a “Negotiate” Award Procedure Three Hundred and One (301) Units of Agro Allied Equipment in Seven (7) Lots to be distributed to Kaduna, Kano, Ogun, Oy0, and Plateau States by the following:
Lot 1: 221 Units Pumping Machines
Lot 2: 8 Units Stainless Steel Tables
Lot 3: 9 Units each of Moisture Testers and weighing Scales
Lot 4: 2 Units each of electrical and wood HotAir Dryers
Lot 5: 2 Units each Autoclave Sterilizer and Automatic Pouch/Liquid Packaging Machines
Lot 6: 34 Units of Various Ginger Processing Machines
Lot 7: 14 Units of 32 X 42CM (min) Platform Scales
Installation and training on the use of equipment may be required

Accordingly, GiZ invites interested Bidders to furnish GIZ Nigeria
Country Office with the following:
a. Comprehensive company profile
b. An official letter expressing interest.
C. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), and Memorandum of Association clearly indicating business area in Agro-Allied equipment.
d. ABank Introductory letter.
e. Tax clearance certificate of the last three years indicating an annual turnover of NGN 28,000,000.00 minimum in the either of year 2019/2020
f. Evidence of experience with previous Similar jobs (supply and delivery Agro-allied equipment). Only third-party evidence will be considered, not a list of similar jobs/References.
For consideration, all interested bidders should submit the aforementioned documents only in hardcopies in a sealed envelope to GIZ Nigeria Office reception at No. 12 Charles de Gaulle Street, Asokoro, Abuja labelled:
