EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PROCUREMENT OF EIGHTY SEVEN (87) UNITS OF VARIOUS IT EQUIPMENT
The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH; “Skills Development for Youth Employment (SKYE)”, financed by Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany would like to procure “Eighty Seven (87) Units of Various IT Equipment in two (2) Lots” with the following but not limited specification:
Lot 1: 55 Units All-in-One Computers 22” Flat Screen Monitor, Intel Core i5 (Min), 8GB RAM (Min), 500GB HDD (Min), 10 Units Laptop Computers Screen Size 14 inches (Max) Processor Type Core i5, 10th Generation (min) RAM Size 16 GB (Min)Hard Drive Size 400 GB SSD (Min) with Compatible docking station and Laptop Bag.
Lot 2: 2 Units Printers with the following minimum specification: Print technology – Laser; Print speed First page out Black: As fast as 8.9 sec (from ready), Colour: As fast as 9.8sec (from ready)
A4 Black: Up to 28 ppm, A4 Colour: Up to 28 ppm Functions: Print, Copy, Scan, Email Memory: 256 MB NAND Flash, 256 MB DRAM
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested dealers to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
(a) Comprehensive company profile
(b) An official letter expressing interest.
(c) Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), and Memorandum of Association clearly indicating business area in IT/Office Equipment.
(d) A Bank Introductory letter.
(e) Tax clearance certificate of the last three years indicating an annual turnover of NGN 55,000,000.00 minimum in the year 2020.
(f) Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs (supply and delivery of IT/Office Equipment). Only third-party evidence will be considered not list of similar jobs/References.
