TENDER FOR PROVISION OF TRAINING AND INTERNSHIP PLACEMENT OF 100 NGC BENEFICIARIES IN LAGOS
The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH; through its “GIZ PM”, financed by the German Government, cordially invites interested and qualified training centres/consulting firms to express their interest for the following activity:
Provision of ICT training, certification, and Internship placement of up to 400 NGC beneficiaries in the fields of Web development & Coding, Graphic Design, Cyber Security and Data Science in Lagos State
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested and qualified ICT centres/firms and organizations to express their interest by furnishing the GIZ with the following information:

| 2 | Company’s profile (with company physical address/establishment based in Lagos state, contact details, owners, key officers, and technical personnel) |
| 3 | Proof of company registration With CAC (copy of CAC Certificate) |
| 4 | Proof of accreditation by the National Business and Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB) (Letter of Confirmation of accreditation from NABTEB) / and or relevant professional ICT Certifications in the fields of Web Development & Coding, Graphic Design, Cyber Security and Data Science. |
| 5 | Company’s Memorandum and Articles of Incorporation. |
| 6 | Evidence of at least 3 similar previous trainings implemented in Lagos with other organizations/NGO/ government parastatals/ agencies and proven past experience on reintegration support through the provision of professional ICT trainings at community level in Lagos (service completion certificates, reference letters or copies of past contracts should be attached as evidence). |
| 7 | Audited finance accounts for the last 3 years (2018-2020). |
| 8 | Qualification and experience of permanently employed staff (a minimum of three personnel is required, with CVs enclosed that dearly indicates qualifications and experience in the required expertise) |
| 9 | Bank reference Letter (addressed to the procurement & Contracting unit GIZ country office, Abuja) |
| 10 | Tax Clearance certificate for the last 3 years (showing an average annual turnover of Forty million, Naira only (NGN 60,000,000) |
Eligibility of companies will be concluded based on completeness and accuracy of documentation submitted.
Submission and Deadlines:
All interested consulting firms should submit the aforementioned documents as hard copy in a sealed envelope to GIZ Nigeria Office reception at No. 12 Charles de Gaulle close, Asokoro, Abuja.
Kindly endeavour to label the envelope as:

Interested consulting firms should kindly send in requested documents not later than Friday, 12 July 2021.
Kindly note that this is a pre-qualification process and there will be no need to submit technical offers.
Only companies who have passed the pre-qualification stage will be shortlisted and will be invited to bid for the activity.
