PUBLIC NOTICE RE: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – STAGE 1
4TH MAINLAND BRIDGE (4MB) PROJECT- 2021
We refer to the Request for Qualification (RfQ) issued on 10th February, 2020 in respect of the proposed construction of the Fourth Mainland Bridge (the Project).
Following our publication of Pre-Qualified Bidders who satisfied the technical and financial requirements of the RfQ on 24th July, 2020, and the evaluation of the RfQs, we are pleased to announce that the Request for Proposal – Stage 1 (RfP Stage 1) has been issued to the six (6) Pre-Qualified Bidders who are eligible for participation in the next stage of the Selection/Bidding Process, being the RfP Stage 1.
All recipients of the RfP Stage 1 (the Pre-Qualified Bidders) are expected to submit their Preliminary Financial Bids in response to the RfP Stage 1, (in accordance with the terms and format therein specified) no later than 05.00pm (GMT +1) on the 30 July 2021.
Kindly note that the Lagos State Government is not responsible for any costs or expenses that any Applicant may incur, or may have incurred, in the course of, in connection with or in relation to the Selection/Bidding Process.
