1.0 INTRODUCTION
1.1 The National Ins Institute for Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA) is a parastatal under Federal Ministry of Education (FME), established to train, research and disseminate information in respect of education sector planners and managers with Headquarters in Ondo, Ondo State Nigeria.
1.2 In pursuit of its mandate, National institute for Educational Planning and Administration, Ondo hereby invites experienced and competent bidders to make submissions for expression of interest

3.0 ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Prospective bidders must possess the requirements (a-n as applicable) as set under 3.0 of the INSTITUTE EARLIER ADVERTISEMENT IN THE PUNCH, DAILY TELEGRAPH AND TENDER JOURNAL OF 10TH MAY, 2021 to be eligible to participate in this Procurement
4.0 SUBMISSION OF EOI FOR SERVICES AND BIDDING DOCUMENTS FOR GOODS AND WORKS
Interested firms are to submit two (2) bound of Expression of Interest (EOI) documents separated by dividers and arranged as indicated in the eligibility criteria and putin a sealed envelope while prospective bidders for WORKS AND GOODS are to submit for each of the lot desired wo (2) hard copies each for “Technical and Financial bids, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid” or Financial Bid” and thereafter put the two in a single sealed envelope. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope for EOI AND WORKS/GOODS should have the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated tender box at the office of the Director General, National Institute for Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA), Nigeria, Ondo between the hours of 8am-4pm Monday-Friday not later than 12:00 noon on 12th July, 2021 upon payment of tender fee of #10,000 for WORKS AND GOODS ONLY TO THE BENEFICIARY OF NIEPAIN REMITA

5.0 OPENING OF EOI AND BIDDING DOCUMENT FOR GOODS AND WORKS
The EOl and Bidding documents for Goods and works will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on the 12th July, 2021 in the Institute’s Council’s Chamber. Please ensure that you sign the Bid Submission Register at the Security’s desk at the reception in the office of the Director General at the National Institute for Educational Planning and Administration, Ondo and collect bid submission receipt at the Institute
Procurement Unit as the Institute will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
6.0 GENERAL INFORMATION
All conditions in Section 8.0 (a to ) of the earlier advertisement in PUNCH, DAILY TELEGRAPH AND TENDER JOURNAL on the 10TH OF MAY, 2021 apply and be followed strictly, and Please note that Companies/Firms that have applied for one or more LOTs in the earlier advertisement in the PUNCH, DAILY TELEGRAPH AND TENDER JOURNAL NEED NOT APPLY AGAIN
