AUCTION OF UNSERVICEABLE AND SCRAP EQUIPMENT
The Receiver/Manager of a government agency has engaged the services of Auction Plus Royal Global Resources Limited and Emmanuel De-Great Limited to carry out the public auction of some unserviceable and scrap equipment ‘’as and where is”.
AUCTION PROCESS:
(1) The items are to be sold “as is and where is” basis to the highest bidders if the bid is above the reserve price set.
(2) All interested bidders should indicate their interest by reaching the undersigned for registration and inspection will subsequently be arranged
(3) Only buyers who have been registered and pay a non-refundable fee of N 100,000.00 to the designated account shall be allowed to inspect and participate in the auction exercise. Successful bids are not transferable.
(4) The items are in Port-Harcourt – Rivers State, Owerri- Imo State, and Onitsha- Anambra State.
(5) Physical Inspection of the items will hold for 3 days only between 10 am and 4 pm each day from June 16, 2021, to June 18, 2021.
(6) The Auction is scheduled to take place in Port-Harcourt on June 24 2021 at 10.00 am
(7) Successful bidders will be required to execute KYC (Know Your Customer) documents and make a non-refundable deposit of 25% of their bid price immediately, while completion of payment must be within 72hours of the Auction exercise to the designated bank account.
(8) Failure to effect payment of full bid amount within 72hours invalidates the sale and the next highest bidder will be contacted to make full payment immediately.
(9) Upon receipt of full payment, the item will be handed over to the successful bidders who will be required to relocate the items within 7 days of full payment.
EQUIPMENT/ ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS
This publication and process neither creates any commitment nor establishes any binding or legal obligation on the seller. All costs incurred by prospective buyers as a result of responding to this advertisement and any subsequent request for information shall be on the prospective buyers’ account.
Also, note that all Covid-19 safety protocols including compulsory wearing of mask will be strictly observed during the Inspection and Auction.
